Ultimately, if you, or your kid(s) are Star Wars fans, or maybe just like sci-fi, action packed games, then this is a must have to add to your growing collection of video games. More often than not, the average wait for a multiplayer match is 5-20 seconds, but that can vary based on time or day. Even though Star Wars Battlefront was released in 2015, it still has a large player base.

There is the option of solo or co-op, offline game play however, so never fear if you cannot access multiplayer. This game has no campaign, so anyone without multiplayer ability should know that ahead of time. That will give you a first hand opportunity to experience the game before allowing your kid(s) to get/play it. If you still are wondering after this, try watching a YouTube video of Star Wars Battlefront gameplay. Yes, there is violence, but it is incredibly minimal compared to almost every other first/third person shooter game. As long as they have a firm grasp of the difference between video games and life, they will have no issues playing this game. TO PARENTS: I firmly believe that any mature 10 year old can play this game. Star Wars Battlefront is a rousing action game, and is an opportunity for kids, and adults, to immerse themselves in the thrilling world of Star Wars. Online multiplayer battles can become intense and frustrating, but as with any game, the more you play the better you get. After a bit, put Star Wars Battlefront back in, and the game will feel just as exciting and fun as it did when you first got it. When one becomes old (as all games do at some point), just pop in another and give it a break.
The game can begin to feel repetitive after playing it for some time, and perhaps even dry, but my solution to this is having another game or two to cycle through. After a few seconds the dead body(s) will disappear. On occasion, the body may be thrown into the air by a nearby explosion, but there is no blood or gore to speak of, ever. Upon death, characters will often cry out and collapse. Yes, the core of the game is based upon attacking, and ultimately killing the enemy, but graphically speaking the game is squeaky clean. For being a first and third person shooter, it is remarkably light in violence.
Play solo or co-op, or join in on multiplayer matches of up to 40 players. It is a phenomenal, action packed game, filled with exciting blaster fights, lightsaber duels, and dogfights in the skies.
